  44. I believe in goals, not resolutions. I myself have a goal for this new year. I would like to be able to be more optimistic about most situations, and be able to have a more positive attitude.
Apparently I am a "grouch" according to my kids, but I don't see it...So, I have to try to make a conscious effort to remain positive in my words and my actions.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I definitely believe in self-evaluation, fresh starts and goal-setting...here's to 2013!

    ReplyDelete
  95. yes, setting a goal at the beginning of the new year is always good. You can set goals or limitations as you see fit so that you may make better decisions for the coming year.

    ReplyDelete
  96. I do believe in them. I think some people just make un-realistic goals. Mine is to try and relax this year. Sometimes I just take things too seriously!

    ReplyDelete
  97. I have never made a resolution and most people would say they want to lose weight or quit smoking mine would be I guess to stay the way I am now im completely happy with everything in my life. I have my daughter and my husband so I couldn't be happier

  99. Bring on 2013! This year my resolution is to eat healthier, less processed foods!

    ReplyDelete
  100. I like to have a one day project for New Years Day. Something that I have wanted to get done but haven't made the time. Today I am organizing my closet.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I believe in New Years resolutions but find that most people end up breaking their resolution by the end of the year.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Yes I do and I really want to appreciate everything that I do have in my life and not always focus on what I don't have.

    ReplyDelete
  103. to rock 13 & to go with the flow of whatever it brings :)

    ReplyDelete

    Thanks for the giveaway!

    Tracy

    ReplyDelete
  109. Yes and no. I believe in making positive changes throughout the year. The fist of January is just a reminder date in my opinion to keep working on those goals.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I don't believe in new year's resolutions - i believe in making resolutions as you go. But I'm hopeful that 2013 is LOADS better than 2012!

    ReplyDelete
  111. I was unable to like kay bella but i entered so i could do the extra enteries.. i guess it has privacy settings for us only... i do believe in new year's resolutions, but I am not sure how many follow through.. i mean i should lose weight, i should quit smoking, and i know that i have to get over my fear of travelling so i can see my baby granddaughter more often.. i think goals should be maintained daily, if you mess up you should try to get it right the following day- but to err is human <3 so i will try to reach my goals..

    ReplyDelete
  112. I look at New Year's resolutions as just goals and I believe it is important to have goals, so we can continue to progress. We are not meant to stay in one place our whole life. While you can make goals all year long, New Years is a good reminder of either the goals you are working on or setting new ones. It is a time to reevaluate our lives and see what we would like to do different.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I do. I try to keep them as best i can. sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Thank you to all the vendors and Ella Bella Botique for the wonderful giveaway! Happy New Year!

    ReplyDelete
  118. I do but after the 2nd week it's usually out the door... :-(

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  125. Nope.. cause every time we try to have resolutions they don't stick!! There are things I know I will do and things I hope to accomplish but I don't need a resolution to do them!! =)

    ReplyDelete
  126. Not really. . .Rather make a real decision to change.

    ReplyDelete
  127. I believe but I'm not always good at it.

    ReplyDelete
  128. I am not a fan of NY resolutions..I try to improve each day!

    ReplyDelete
  129. Not really. I never keep them if I decide on one lol

    ReplyDelete
  130. Yes, I make them every year. This year my ultimate goal is for my family and I to grow our relationship with GOD and to attend church regularly.

    ReplyDelete
  131. I don't make a NYR but this year I have made a promise to myself to trust God more in directing me where I need to be. I have fallen off his path and now I am back on. I do not want to be steered off of it again. Here is to a New Year and a new trust in God.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Yes, I do! New years is all about new beginnings and gives the perfect opportunity to start new habits or break old ones!

    ReplyDelete
  133. I always make one but not very successful at achieving them. lol

    ReplyDelete
  134. Yes I do and mine this year is to be settled in England with my fiance! :)

    ReplyDelete
  135. I do believe it them! Sticking to them for the entire year is a different story!

    ReplyDelete
  136. yes I do and mine is to quit smoking

    ReplyDelete
  137. I do believe as long as they are reasonable! I am going to declutter. We have mounds of toys to donate and I have Partylite stuff up the ying yang I don't set out that will be going bye bye!

    ReplyDelete
  138. Yes. But just like anything else it's pass or fail. Sometimes a starting point is good though.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I always set them but am not very good at following through
    hrddiana556@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  140. I do. I believe in always having goals and striving to attain them, but New Year is a time of fresh beginnings and reassessment. Just setting the goal puts things into motion.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I like them. I think if you make a goal like that at the beginning of the year and you stick with it, it can be very successful and rewarding!

    ReplyDelete
  142. I like them but have had a hard time sticking to them. This year my resolution is to read my Bible more, something I think I can stick to :-)

    ReplyDelete
  143. Yes I do...this years is to stay away from drama and always think positive!!!

    ReplyDelete
  144. I am making one for me! I want to be a better Person, and an even BETTER mother and GF!

    ReplyDelete
  145. I used to, but now I just go with it.

    ReplyDelete
  146. I'm not huge on them but I want to try and stop worrying so much about tomorrow when I could be celebrating today.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Ours is to move. Resolution & necessity with our growing family!

    ReplyDelete
  148. I don't, I believe you can make changes anytime you want to. I also, feel sometimes people put too much emphasis on them and if they don't attain them they get discouraged and give up or if they do they give that credit to a certain date rather than credit themselves for the will power to carry it out. We have enough against us and obstacles that we should be happy for our accomplishments and not feel defeated by the ones that take a little longer.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I do not believe in new year resolutions but I take advantage of this time to make little life tweeks....

    ReplyDelete
  150. I don't, I just think you are setting yourself up for failure. Making changes is one thing, we all need to do that every now and then, but that should be on a as needed bases and to relax on ourselves when we don't quite make it.

    ReplyDelete
  151. I think it's a good way to start the year with better intentions. It's the boost some people need to be better.

    ReplyDelete
  152. yes....but sometimes it is hard to do sometimes

    ReplyDelete
  153. (tim's wife) I think my resolution is to look up all my passwords so I don't need to borrow his because I can't remember mine, lol! I resolve to live healthier this year.

    ReplyDelete
  154. it's always good to have goals!

    ReplyDelete
  155. I do. Its to smile more! we had a rough year, so this year is going to be so much happier!!

    ReplyDelete
  156. i make them but rarely keep them... maybe this year is my year lol

    ReplyDelete
  157. I always try to make a new years resolution but it's very rare that I stick to it. This year my new years resolution is to be an all around better person, mother, friend, wife, etc. I want to look back when my kids are older and know that I did everything and gave everything I could to make their lives great. I want my husband to never have regrets about our marriage because I still have the same personality and charm that he liked when we met 4 years ago. I want my family to always say how proud they are of me and how far i've came. I want my friends to always know they can call me anytime and I'll be there. I just want to better myself in a positive light. I am going to try my BEST to stick to this resolution. I want to look back on my life and know that I did my best and if I can become only half of the woman my grandmother is I will know that I have succeeded at life. <3

    ReplyDelete
  158. I made a few, just in my heart. Maybe thats the best place, so your heart can push you to do it :)Thank you for the chance, beautiful items and new fan to a lot of awesome pages!

    ReplyDelete
  159. My new year's resolution was to spend less time on Facebook.
Thank goodness I broke that one!

    ReplyDelete
  160. I think they are overrated but they are a good idea if theres something you need to change. They should be used as needed throughout the year though.

    ReplyDelete
  161. I want to loose weight and do more exercise.

    ReplyDelete
  162. I don't like to make then because it's really hard to keep them sometimes.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Make at least one item per day in 2013. Get healthier and lose weight hopefully. :D

    ReplyDelete
  164. Yes- it's always to good to have goals! And there's nothing like a fresh new year full of promise and possibilities! Taking more time- real time- at home with my family is my New Year's Resolution. :)

    ReplyDelete
  165. I try not to set impossible, or very difficult resolutions...I would much rather set simple goals such as "to read to my children more" or "do a good deed a day".
    Thanks for hosting this giveaway!!!

  166. I would say yes I believe in new years resolutions, only if they are really reachable. I set my goals and when i reach them I will go on to a bigger goal, this years I want to love myself again as i used to not worry about my weight just be the positive person I once was

  168. I don't personally make resolutions on New Year's. If I have something I feel needs to be done, I try to go ahead and do it.

  169. Lol, I do. In the past my record has not been to follow through. I plan to change that this year and stay true to getting myself and my family healthy through better food choices and more exercise.

  172. I believe in them but It's difficult to stick with them. I chose to do more fun resolutions. Like travel to a certain place. or try a new food, or learn a new language instead of lose weight and save money.

  176. Yes, but we have to be persistent enough to follow through with them and want them.
